Share link will not open or import
Share links need the Kaun app installed and an internet connection.

- 1Install Kaun from the App Store or Google Play if you have not already.
- 2Open the link on your phone, not only on desktop.
- 3Tap Open in app on the import page if the app does not open automatically.
- 4Check if the link expired — ask the sender to share again.
- 5Update Kaun to the latest version.
Common mistakes
- Opening links inside some in-app browsers — try opening in Safari or Chrome.
